I had just recently started going out to a karaoke and pool bar, Reno’s, with my best friend, Ashley (yes, my Matron of Honor, Ashley!) in November of 2017. Ashley had mentioned multiple times, “You JUST have to meet my friend Russell!” She had met him a year or so before but every time she told me about him, I’d just brush it off. One day, Ashley invited me to lunch with some friends and failed to mention Russell would be there. She let me know Russell liked me and I had to ask “He doesn’t even know me?” We met up at Ichibon and it was the best day of my life. Russell was so funny and sweet, I just knew from there he was the one. After that day, we continued to see each other and officially started dating December 23rd 2017. Life moves fast and before I knew it, he was down on one knee asking me to marry him. I, of course, said yes and we’re both just so excited to be able to celebrate with you all! - Harlie
