It started with a simple question, “What kind of things do you watch?” and instantly they were syncing. Scott was the boss, but Cynthia could tell he needed some light and laughter in his life. Being her obnoxious self and pestering him about more anime for her to watch, she had him in her clutches. It wasn’t until Cynthia realized that she liked him… How did she figure that out, you ask? Well, when he texted her at 3:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 15th asking if she could help him out with his shift that day since he was sick, and she said yes, was probably the biggest clue. If you know Cynthia, you know that Cynthia loves her sleep and on that day in particular she was getting ready for her annual beach vacation with her friend Karina. Let’s fast forward a bit to August… Cynthia and Jacquie were hanging out and having a belated birthday spa day and that’s when Cynthia admitted to Jacquie that she liked Scott. Of course, Jacquie being Jacquie told her to ask him out, and of course Cynthia’s first reaction was utter shock. Let’s fast forward again to September… The gif war, oh that wonderful gif war. Anyway, Scott ended up winning that war of gifs and flirting. On Thursday, September 21st 2017 at 00:31 (12:30 A.M.) Cynthia texted Scott this… Cynthia: “Hey, I got a question for you. What’s your plan this weekend? I know we have the stupid plane pull but I was wondering if you would like to go see a movie. If not, that's cool. I can always kill aliens. Lol.” “I have *** Whoops. Half Asleep” Scott: “I’d definitely like to see a movie with you.
