An 11 minute drive from our wedding venue, is an amazing hike! Explore, weather permitting, and spend your morning strolling this loop trail surrounded by gorgeous fall foliage.
Rodgers Book Barn
If you like books-- whether to read them or smell them (yes, I know that's weird but old books have such a cozy aroma!) or you need a cute lil photo that says you went upstate and spotted a cute spot, this cool bookstore is a great spot to check out! Only 11 minutes away from the venue, this awesome book shop oozes charms and lots of words.
Little Apple Cidery
Only 5 minutes from the wedding venue, visit this gorgeous apple orchard that sells their homemade ciders and apples. This would be a great spot on the Saturday pre wedding to unwind with a glass of something tart and sweet to get yourself feelin' groovy.
Hudson River Skywalk
If you want to explore and get your steps in, without wearing hiking boots, this is a great scenic walk for you. This 6 mile trek is a 30 minute ride from the wedding venue and connects two national historic landmarks with views of the Hudson River Valley and Catskill Mountains
Warren Street in Hudson
Walk along and shop on Warren Street. It's a one mile stretch of local shops, coffee shops, cocktail bars, antique stores and historical 100+ year old buildings.
