You can take the Amtrak or located in Penn Station to Hudson's train station line within 2 hours. Form there you will either have to call an uber, lyft or cab to bring you to Taconic Ridge Farm which is about 30 minutes away.
If you're flying from Denver, we noticed that there aren't many flights that fly direct to the Albany Airport-- which is only 1 hour away from Taconic Ridge-- but if you happen to find a direct, or don't care about indirect flights flying into Albany is a great option for you! Otherwise, flying into JFK or LGA will take anywhere between 2-3 hours depending if you drive or take an Amtrak from Penn Station after your flight. If you plan on flying into NYC, we suggest flying in EARLY on the Friday morning or landing Thursday, stay in the city for one night, and then head to Hudson on the Friday.
We worked super hard on keeping our list small to have an intimate wedding with the people we love the most. Unfortunately if it wasn't specified to bring a date or a plus one, we kindly ask for you to not invite any additional people.
No worries! Depending on where you book your stay, there will be plenty of people you can tag along with. If you're at any of the local accommodations we suggested, there will be friends with cars as well as others who will not have a car that will most likely love to share a ride with you via Uber (depending on availability) to a fun destination. If you need help with carpooling, please let us know.
We ask that you wear cocktail attire, but make it YOU. Dress in prints, colors and things that say "I'm here for a good time." For the women: Think Wes Anderson meets fall tea party meets chic cocktail party. For the men, cocktail attire! No need to wear a tie but PLEASE DON'T YOU WEAR JEANS (yes, we know some of you may think you can do this but please don't).
The ceremony, the reception and the afterparty are all at the Taconic Ridge, Farm, in Hillsdale New York.
Great question-- depending on the time and the availability, ride shares can be scarce. Please do not rely on them UNLESS you have booked one in advance.
Yes! We will have more details soon, but as of right now the after party will be outside on the field and the lodge at Taconic Ridge Farm. Bring a coat to stay warm. There will be a bonfire but who the hell knows how cold it'll be in the beginning of fall (NY weather is nutty).
As you probably can imagine, like any place, weather can vary. Please come prepared for all weather types-- evenings will be a little chilly but it may also rain (fingers crossed it won't), but bring whatever will keep ya comfortable ;)

The Friday night is UP TO YOU. We know many of you will be flying in or driving up to the venue after work. Depending on your energy and how social you are feeling, everyone is WELCOME to join us at a local spot for a Wedding Drink Kickoff (information found under the schedule section). It begins at 8:00 pm and ends up 10:00 pm. If you need dinner recommendations for pre the welcome event, check our Where To Eat Tab (and make a reservation in advance). Please keep in mind that if you plan on attending, you must RSVP. We need confirmation of your attendance no later than Sept 1. That being said, ONLY confirm that you are coming if you are 100% coming.
