Drink Good Beer
Bend has breweries, lots and lots of breweries. Intrepid beer tasters can attempt to complete the Bend Ale Trail. I recommend doing this over the course of a couple of days.
Float the Deschutes
A relaxing float through town. Rental tubes are available from Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe and a shuttle is available through Cascades East Transit. You can find both in Riverbend park and there are free life jackets available.
Elk Lake
High mountain lake with breathtaking views. Elk lake lodge has boat, tube, kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals.
High Desert Museum
Great museum with exhibits representing both the human and natural history of the region. Otters, Bobcats, Raptors and more!
Golf
Bend, Oregon is home to a multitude of great golf areas. It is recommended to call for pricing and tee times prior to visiting.
Bend Escape Room
A physical adventure game where participants are placed into a room and have to use teamwork along with elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. Each room is themed and has a unique storyline that engages the players through their environment.
Mountain Bike Trails
Bike rentals are available from multiple bike shops in town. I recommend scheduling a rental in advance. Pine Mountain Sports has the largest fleet. For the downhill oriented there is the Mount Bachelor bike park with lift serve and/or Cog Wild Shuttles.
