This is our primary and preferred hotel for wedding weekend, and where Nathan and I will be staying along with most of our immediate family. We plan to host a welcome dinner on Thursday evening and a farewell brunch on Saturday morning, making this the main hub for wedding events. We are also coordinating a shuttle to and from the wedding venue for guests staying here. Please note: this hotel requires a two-night minimum stay (Thursday & Friday).

This hotel is located right next door to the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, where Nathan and I will be staying and hosting our welcome dinner and farewell brunch. It shares the same parking garage and is just a short walk to all primary wedding events, making it a convenient extension of our main hotel hub for the weekend. We will also be coordinating shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue for guests staying here.

This is our secondary hotel option and a more budget-friendly choice. It does not require a two-night minimum, making it the best option for guests who plan to stay Friday night only. While wedding events and shuttle service will be centered around the Hilton Garden Inn, this hotel is a great alternative for those needing a shorter or more flexible stay.

If you’d prefer to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBO options throughout the Rochester area - whatever works best for you! Please keep in mind that wedding weekend events and transportation will be centered around the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown.
