What about COVID-19?

Answer

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Arizona very closely. We are working diligently with the venue to ensure procedures are put into place to ensure the safety of our guests such as extra tables so that our loved ones can sit farther apart. We will be outside for the ceremony and in a large barn with wide-open doors for maximum ventilation during the reception, there will be plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still being together. We are also providing hand sanitizers to all our guests upon arrival and invite you to wear a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable. While we want to celebrate with all of you if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend and let us know as soon as possible.

What is a "unplugged ceremony"?

Answer

We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony, that means we are asking our guests to put away their phones and cameras during that time. We have hired a professional photographer and want him to be able to capture all of our special moments without other phones obstructing the photo. After the ceremony however we encourage you to take photos! Our photographer can only be so many places at once and we want to see all of your fun moments, when posting please use #HappilyHenkel!

Can I Bring A Date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What should we wear?

Answer

The attire is semi formal/formal, let this be your chance to dress up! The weather in southern Arizona in October is beautiful, especially in the evenings with an average low of 65 degrees.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, parking is located right outside the event center. The venue is also very ADA friendly.
