We're getting married!

We met when Kimi was shadowing for her new job, Jeff was the Science teacher. We didn't see each other again until a couple months later and everything snowballed after that. We spent a lot of time at work together, then a lot of time after work, and we just haven't stopped hanging out since.

Jeff had the ring for awhile, waiting for the right moment. He considered Disneyland, maybe a hockey game, but it had to be right, it had to be perfect. It was our 3rd anniversary and we both took the day off to go hiking, he wanted to go to Mt. Lemmon and they both knew about the meadows at the top. Neither of us knew it would be covered in bright yellow flowers and lady bugs but it was. Kimi didn't even hesitate, lady bugs are lucky you know.

The Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox and symbolizes the beginning of the harvest season. Usually it is in September, but on rare occasions will happen in October. In 2020 it will be on October 1st! The moon will rise around sunset, and is commonly the biggest and brightest of the year.
