Where is the wedding taking place?

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 PM and the reception will start at 7:00 PM. There will be a cocktail hour in between where dinks and appetizers will be served.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be held indoors.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Semi Formal, but your comfort is what is most important.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

There is no transportation provided as the ceremony and reception are at the same location. There is free parking across the street from the venue in the Reibold Garage for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber is a great option for those who do not. How do I RSVP?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to let us know your plans right here on our website by going to the RSVP tab.

Please get us your RSVP by May 17th.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at both of the hotels downtown. Please visit the Travel tab here on our website for more information and the links to book at a discounted rate.

Can I bring my kid(s)? Can I bring my partner?

Answer

Since we have large extended families, we are close to the capacity limit with our venue. If you need to bring someone not included on your invitation, please reach out to us and we can try to accommodate your request.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and the reception will be held on the first floor of the venue and there are two elevators with access to the lower level for the cocktail hour.
