The ceremony will be outdoors. If the weather does not permit an outside ceremony, it will be indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM sharp. Please arrive at least 20 minutes beforehand. Any late guests will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space until the event ends. Only guests that are utilizing our hotel block will be able to use our Lyft Event code for transportation to get to the venue and return back to the hotel. Guests that are not staying at the hotel are responsible for their own transportation.
We have a strict guest list with an RSVP policy. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation that have been pre-approved.
This is a formal attire event. Floor Length Gowns and Suits are appropriate. You are welcome to wear jewel toned or fall colored attire. We ask that you respect the bride by not wearing white or any shades similar to white (cream, ivory, beige, etc)
While we love the children, this will be an adult-only event. The only children that will be present are those in the wedding party. Please make any babysitting arrangements to properly enjoy the night with us.

You will be missed. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will not have access to the RSVP link. No exceptions. Please respond with an “Accept” or “Decline”. No response will be assumed as declined and you will be removed from the final headcount.
The drinks are on us, but know your limit! We still want you to get home safe and sound.
Any guests who has any dietary restrictions can indicate that when they RSVP through our wedding website. We will notify the caterer of food restrictions.
No, once you have decided on your meal, that is your assigned item choice for the evening. The kitchen uses a specific spreadsheet to log meals.
Pen Ryn offers free parking to all the guests. The venue offers golf carts that can take guests from the parking lot to the entrance of the venue door. There is also spot light in the parking lot for guests to easily find their cars at the end of reception.
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all phones and camera will be put away and enjoy this special moment with us. We have a great photography/videography team that will be able to capture everything. You can share your photos and well wishes to us through our digital guestbook QR code or use our wedding hashtag #Happilyeversmith1015
