FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled before we walk down the aisle.

Question

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

The reception is about a 35–45 minute drive from the ceremony location, depending on traffic. We recommend allowing extra time just in case.

Question

Will transportation be provided between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests will be responsible for their own travel between the ceremony and reception venues.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Due to space and planning limitations, only guests listed on the invitation and RSVP are invited. This includes both plus ones and children. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our guest list intimate.

Question

What will the weather be like in November?

Answer

November in the Tampa Bay area is usually warm and comfortable, with temperatures typically in the 70s during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so you can stay comfortable no matter the weather.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing an open bar for four hours during the reception. Please celebrate responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home.

Question

Why a Wednesday wedding?

Answer

We fell in love with the date and the beautiful November weather. And let’s be honest—if you’ve planned a wedding before, you know just how expensive weekends can be! That said, we’re excited to spend the rest of the week celebrating with family and friends before we cruise off on our honeymoon.
