Matron of Honor
I met Christianah at the University of Georgia while studying Early Childhood Education. Shortly after graduation, after getting engaged to Henry, Christianah’s brother, I moved to Atlanta and took on the role of Elementary Coordinator at a small private school. In 2014, I became sister-in-law official and gained a best friend. Now, over ten years later, Henry and I have two children, Savannah and Henry. We own a bakery, and I manage a department of over 100 educators as the Instructional Support Services Director at a large virtual school. This fall, I’ll begin a doctoral program in Educational Leadership at Clark Atlanta University. My favorite things to do with Christianah are brunch, shows on Netflix, and girl talk.
Maid of Honor
For the last 17 years, Suwilanji and Christianah have been the closest of confidants. They met roaming their freshman halls and have literally done life together since. Suwilanji is a Clinical Psychologist based out of Chicago. A pivotal pit stop in their story, Chicago is where two girls became women, forged careers, and built a friendship that was a haven from the storm, literally! IYKYK. Battle tested, hand in hand, they got after it! And here we have arrived, as we’ve discussed so many times, at highest and best! We dance in the joy of God’s grace! Iyabode! Our wife! I thank God, for his many mercies and this exciting blessing! I could not have known what our journey would bring when we met, but am I ever so grateful to have ridden shot gun. To you and Banky’s new journey. We celebrate the continued perseverance for highest and best. We celebrate your love. I've had the joy of knowing Christianah since 9th grade and she couldn’t get rid of me if she wanted to! We went on to attend the University of Georgia together, and over the years, our bond has only grown stronger. One of my favorite things about Christianah is how we can always count on having genuine laughs and a great time, no matter what we’re doing. It’s truly an honor to stand by her side on such a special day. Christianah is a beautiful soul inside and out and I know she and Banky are destined for a life filled with love, laughter, and happiness. A little about me, I work as a literacy coach in the Atlanta Public School District supporting teachers with all levels of content knowledge.

From elementary school to now, we’ve shared a lifetime of memories including sleepovers, endless laughs, brunches, concerts, and so much more. You’re not just one of my best friends, you’re my sister. Your family is mine, and mine is yours. Your brothers call me sis, and your parents have always treated me like one of their own. Watching our friendship grow through every season of life has been one of my greatest blessings. I’m so proud of the woman you are, and it’s an honor to stand beside you on your wedding day as you start this next beautiful chapter. These days, I run my own daycare here in Atlanta, pouring love into little ones each day, but nothing compares to the love and loyalty we've shared all these years. I love you endlessly and I can’t wait to celebrate you and Banky's union!

Christianah and I met as aso ebi girls at a friend's wedding and have been inseparable since. She's been the frick to my frack for over a decade and we've made the most unforgettable memories. We've traveled, prayed, shared unstoppable laughs and lived our best lives side by side. I’m a Corporate Registered Nurse, and when I’m not caring for others, I’m exploring the world with gems like Christianah by my side. Now, I am honored to be by your side as you marry your dream man. Many blessings, love and children to the newest couple in town.
Groomsman
Time Flies. Enjoy Every Moment As Iyabo’s older brother (with three older brothers of my own), I’ve had the honor of growing up right beside my little sister. We went to the same schools from elementary to college. She’s the only person I’ve ever had a secret handshake with…. and yes, we still do it to this day. Even though I’ve technically been her “big brother,” she’s never really needed one. She’s been tough, sharp, and way ahead of the game from the start. But I was always there like a security guard who never really had to clock in. When she met Banky, I knew she’d found someone who could handle her unmatched energy, smile, and taste for life. As a brother, it’s bittersweet; we may no longer share the same last name, but we’ll always share memories, laughter, and highly classified secrets. I wish her and Banky nothing but great adventures, passport stamps, and stories that are way more fun than our old ones. She’ll always be my little sister, always “Lil Bo” to me, just with a new co-pilot.
Best Man
My name is Oladapo Adanri. I am an Assistant Chief Regulatory Officer (ACRO) with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria. I have the honor of standing as Best Man for my brother and friend, Oluwasijibomi. We met over 20 years ago in Lagos through my cousin—he’s the younger brother of my cousin’s friend. What began as casual friends quickly grew into a deep brotherhood. We're all from the same town, Akure in Lagos which made us family, more than friends. Over the years we have shared countless memories: long talks about our dreams, road trips, adventures, and even living together for a few years. We’ve celebrated joys and supported each other through challenges. Through it all, Oluwasijibomi has remained loyal, dependable, and always just a phone call away. Watching him fall in love with Christianah was something truly special. When they met, Banky told me he had finally found the place he’d been heading towards. She brings out the best in him, and I’m proud that my brother will be spending his life with my beautiful cousin. Being by his side as Best Man is a true honor. Here’s to Oluwasijibomi and Christianah—may their journey ahead be as strong and joyful as our lifelong friendship!

I’m Dr. Michael Adeleye, the oldest brother of the beautiful bride. I'm a pediatric anesthesiologist by day (and on on-call weekends, by day and night) and a proud brother always. Having Iyabo as a sister has been a gift. She’s not just my sister—she’s my friend, my go-to person for advice, and my let's try this new place buddy. Whether we're hanging out, traveling, trying somewhere new, grabbing brunch, or catching up over long FaceTime calls, we always find a way to laugh and make lasting memories. Iyabo has always had this incredible mix of grace and grit—she’s a force to be reckoned with. She gives the kind of advice that somehow cuts through the noise and goes straight to the heart of the matter. She’s wise, compassionate, and fiercely loyal to the people she loves. Watching her step into this new chapter with Banky fills me with joy. They’re a perfect match in all the ways that count—partnership, friendship, respect, and love. Here’s to a lifetime of happiness, laughter, and adventure for the two of you. I couldn’t be happier to stand by your side as you begin this beautiful journey together.

I’m Anthony Adeleye, the second oldest brother of the amazing bride. I'm her unofficial go-to for all things. Over the years, Iyabo and I have built a bond that’s rooted in love, laughter, fun and phone calls that start with, “Can you help me with something real quick?” Whether it’s giving directions, offering a ride to the airport, fixing something around the house, or helping her figure out an insurance question (I work in insurance at State Farm—so I guess that one’s fair), she knows I’ll always pick up, show up, and come through. She’s not just my sister, she’s my friend. We’ve spent countless hours hanging out, catching up, and just enjoying each other’s company. She knows she can count on me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Watching her find someone like Banky, who loves and supports her wholeheartedly, has been amazing to witness. Here’s to a future full of love, laughter, and maybe a few less airport runs (just kidding—kind of). Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness and partnership.

I’m Henry Adeleye, the third oldest brother of the stunning bride and proud owner of a cupcake shop I run with my amazing wife. To know Iyabo is to love her. She’s smart, a force, hilarious, and has a heart as big as her smile. One of my favorite things is when she comes to visit and spends time with her niece and nephew. Whether we’re all hanging out in the backyard for a cookout or enjoying a laid-back Sunday brunch, her presence is always a light. She’s the cool, fun aunt who brings energy and laughter into every room. Watching her grow into the woman she is today has been such a joy. She’s a powerhouse full of wisdom, grace, and a whole lot of personality. It’s no surprise that she found someone as solid and genuine as Banky to walk through life with. I’m so proud of her, and even more excited for what lies ahead for the two of them. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and of course sweet memories (and maybe a few cupcakes too).
