Ceremony/Reception

Answer

Both events will be held outdoors at the same venue. Shade will be available, but we recommend planning accordingly and dressing for the weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-Formal Military dress uniforms are not requested. We kindly ask that guests dress polished for the occasion. Please avoid excessively revealing attire or distressed clothing. Warm weather is expected, so we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the heat.

Are children included?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we hope you can enjoy a fun “Mom and Dad’s night out” to celebrate with us! We understand that arranging care isn’t always easy and apologize for any inconvenience. We truly appreciate your understanding. For guests traveling from out of state, a limited number of children have been included on invitations. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Hilary.

Please note that we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your partner’s name was accidentally missed, please reach out asap.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once your invitation arrives, please follow the enclosed instructions. The RSVP tab will then be active above with additional details. While we truly appreciate your excitement, text messages sent to the bride or groom have not been counted as an official RSVP. If we don’t receive your RSVP, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend, and we’ll truly miss celebrating with you.

There will be a locked gate upon arrival. Gate code will be posted the week of under our "I dos" portion of the schedule. After entering the property, please turn left and follow signs to "The Tuscan Stables" where a parking attendant will direct you further.

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

Ample parking will be available. Guests who plan to drink are encouraged to carpool. Uber and Lyft are available but limited.

Where should I stay?

Please refer to the "travel" portion of our website! We do not have a room block anywhere.

Can I take photos or post on social media?

Answer

We know everyone loves taking photos, but we’ve hired a professional to capture all the special moments for us. Our ceremony will be unplugged, so please put your cameras and phones away and just enjoy the moment with us. Afterwards, feel free to snap away! If you have anything you wish to share, please tag/ send to Hilary via IG or drop to Chase via iPhone.

Will there be food and drink?

Ain’t no party like a HOWE party! Apps and an open bar featuring beer, wine, and our signature cocktails kick things off, followed by dinner and dessert—so bring your appetite! Please note: Outside alcohol is not permitted

Although our celebration is outdoors, the venue has a strict NO-SMOKING POLICY—this includes all flames. We thank you for respecting the ranch.

We’re so glad you’ll be joining us! While the ranch has beautiful spots to admire, be mindful this is private property. We ask that all guests stay at the event venue during the entire wedding duration. Driving around the ranch is not allowed. —thank you for understanding!
