All festivities will take place entirely at the Hotel Renegade. Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will take place in the large ballroom on the top floor of the hotel.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to either valet your car (especially if there's some backup!) or to park in a garage and walk to the hotel. We recommend that you plan to arrive to the ceremony at 3:30pm to ensure that you have plenty of time to spare and don't miss any of the action!
Our wedding dress code is Formal/Black Tie Optional. This means tuxedos or dark suits and ties are appropriate for men, while floor/ankle-length dresses or elegant separates are appropriate for women. Aside from men's dress shirts, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or any other light tones that may resemble white. Please no mini or knee length dresses, jeans, khakis, or sneakers. We’d love to see you looking your best as we celebrate!
This will be an adults-only celebration, so we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a kid/baby-free evening. While we love your little ones, we want all of our guests (including parents!) to relax, let loose, and enjoy the night with us. Thank you for understanding!
We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so only those listed on your invitation are invited. If you received a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invite. Be sure to double-check all the details there—thank you for understanding!
The Hotel Renegade has on-site valet parking available, but keep in mind it could become backed up with a higher-volume event like this. There are also several large parking garages and smaller parking lots right next to and around the hotel on every street.
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out to take pictures during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and photos/videos will be shared after the wedding. We also kindly ask that you refrain from clapping or cheering until the very end of the wedding ceremony - while we’re all very excited, we’d like to keep crowd noise at a minimum until the ceremony is over! Thank you for understanding!
We do not have an after party planned, but if you want to keep the party going, there are several bars walking distance from the Hotel Renegade! We will not be doing a formal send off, so please feel free to take off at any point in the evening that you feel ready to leave. Don’t worry about directly getting our attention to say goodbye, we won't be offended! We have our Farewell Brunch the next morning for all of our goodbyes and see you laters!

Yes! We are having a 'Farewell Brunch' also taking place at the Hotel Renegade the morning after the wedding. This will be on the second floor in their smaller ballroom. More specific details on this to come!
