This is us.

Andrea and Peter met in 2013 in Raleigh, NC at the pool of the apartment complex where they both lived. As there are two sides to every story.....here are both.... Story (1): One beautiful Saturday afternoon, Peter decided to relax at the pool after a hard workout at the complex's gym. Little did he know that the future love of his life was already hanging out poolside, unaware of how her life was about to change forever. Andrea first noticed Peter as he casually swaggered from the gate entrance to an empty lounge chair, mesmorized by his masculine physique bursting through his shirt. She just HAD to meet him. After some time of building up the courage to talk to him, she finally made her move and trapped him while he sat on the steps of the pool....the rest is history. Story (2): Peter had a corner apartment that overlooked the complex's pool. One gorgeous Saturday afternoon, he crept below to see what was going on poolside. There she was! The most beautiful girl he had ever seen. He just HAD to meet her. Supposedly, he had been working out before he decided to come relax at the pool. Once he found a lounge chair to sit, he contemplated how to make his move. As Andrea sauntered into the pool to cool off from the sun, he knew he had his moment. He blocked her exit and "trapped" her in order to strike up a conversation....the rest is history. Andrea and Peter grew very close through their love of Fall, Halloween, and movies. They met in August and by October were spending many nights together watching scary movies and talking through the night. A year later, they moved in together. The next year, they bought a house together. The following year, they welcomed their first child! Life moves pretty fast, but it's been such a great adventure :) Two apartments, two houses, two kids, two dogs, and two cities later, Peter and Andrea are thrilled for this next step of their lives and could not be more excited to share this moment with you all!
