The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 p.m., so please plan to arrive between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
The dress code is Formal. We suggest a formal cocktail dress, a beautiful evening gown, your favorite dressy pantsuit, or a suit and tie.
Weather depending, the ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. A cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, and it will be held indoors with access to an outdoor patio available. The reception will be held in a large space indoors, with access to a breezeway and the courtyard available.
The venue is located at 1340 Smith Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21209, which is off of Falls Road and accessible from I-83 (exit 10-A Northern Parkway). There will be parking available at the front of the venue and in an overflow lot directly across the street, near the overpass (please follow the signs for the overflow lot). Our local Baltimore-based guests may also consider an Uber or Lyft. For our guests who will be staying at one of the hotels, there will be shuttles to and from the venue. Please check the Travel & Accommodations section of the website for more details. Details will also be provided at the hotel.
We absolutely love your kids! However, we want our wedding to be your night off! We are having an adults only wedding ceremony and reception.
We want to keep it intimate so we can spend quality time together. If when your invitation arrives, it says “and guest,” please feel free to bring a guest. Otherwise, we’d like to have just you.
In sick and in health, but let’s aim for health. Our wedding date is still a ways out, but COVID is ever-evolving. We will post updates at the top of our webpage as needed. We will follow all mandates in place at the time, but we want to share our wishes early and often. If you are positive, have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19, feel sick, or experience any symptoms of COVID or other communicable illness, please stay home and rest. Though we will miss you, your health and the health of all our family and friends is priority. We are gratefully vaccinated, and we encourage those who have not yet been vaccinated to strongly consider vaccination and to speak with their health care providers about any questions. Though many of our friends and family are also vaccinated, we recognize that not everyone present may be. Regardless of vaccine status, please take precautions to not only protect yourselves, but to also protect others.
