When is the last date to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We require your RSVP no later than May 1st in order to confirm numbers with our caterer and venue.

Do I need to be vaccinated for the wedding?

Answer

We are asking all guests and vendors to be fully vaccinated. If vaccination is not possible, please let us know and we can find an alternative way to celebrate this special moment with you. We want our wedding above all else to be a safe environment for our family and friends.

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any of our guests who prefer to wear a mask.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Calamigos Ranch 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the venue. The ceremony WILL start promptly at 6 PM.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Complimentary valet will be available at Calamigos. Signs will help direct you where to go, but feel free to ask the valet if you get lost!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will be outdoors. The dance floor and bar area are located indoors. Heat lamps will be set up to help comfort any chilly guests.

Is the ceremony and reception wheelchair/walker accessible?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception location is wheelchair accessible.

Answer

Your wedding invitation will let you know if we have allotted for a +1

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Your kids are cool but we kindly ask that you do not bring them to the wedding unless otherwise specified

Can I bring my pets to the wedding?

Answer

Since Akira is taking part as our official flower pupper we would ask you leave your furry friend at home. Let's set up a play date though!

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Answer

Please make sure to note any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP. We do have a few doctors and nurses attending our wedding, but if we can avoid an allergic reaction that would be great.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will include top-shelf premium spirits, liqueurs, cordials, juices, mixers, and all the garnishes. There will also be a selection of local wines and champagne, with a few of our favorite beers. Bar will be open for 3 hours, starting right after the ceremony ends and when the party begins!

We anticipate 80 guests to attend the ceremony and reception

June weather in Malibu is typically warm with highs in the 70s and lows in the mid 50s.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
