Lindsay and Casey have known each other since the day Lindsay was born. Their moms are sisters which makes them cousins but, they were always more like the sisters they never had. Casey and Lindsay spent their childhoods growing up together through every holiday, vacation and life event. They have stood next to each other throughout their whole lives and now Lindsay will stand next to Casey on her wedding day. Casey could not ask for a better built-in sister!
Jason DeLuca
Best Man
Jason is Joe’s older brother despite the noticeable difference in size. If you didn’t know already, Jason is lacking in the height area. Growing up together, Jason and Joe were always close despite the 7 year age gap between them. Joe has always looked up to Jason and remembers trying to do everything he could to hang out with Jason when he was younger. Sometimes, that was easier than others, but as time went on and they got older, there is almost nothing that Joe does without him. Jason has been with Joe every step of the way, and Joe can’t imagine where he would be today without him. At the wedding, you will most likely find Jason helping himself to the bar and breaking out his infamous dance moves on the dance floor. He’s one of a kind and most importantly, he is Joe’s best friend.
Kelly Donahue

Kelly and Casey became friends during the very awkward years of middle school and grew even closer as the years went on. In high school these two loved vine, riding around, and dates at Panera. Casey would not be who she is today without Kelly. As the two went away to college, Kelly always made sure the two stayed close. Casey loved to visit Kelly at West Chester University. Though most middle school friendships don't usually last, Kelly and Casey have always been there for each other. Casey has never imagined a wedding day without Kelly by her side.
Ryan Taylor

When it comes to describing Ryan, it’s hard for Joe to decide where to even begin. Ryan and Joe met at JMU during their first semester of freshman year in 2014, and the rest is history. As Mo and Pooks would say, Joe and Ryan grew up together at JMU, specifically at 728-J Sunchase. That happened to be Mo and Pooks’s apartment at the time, and Joe and Ryan were notorious for making themselves at home and were almost never at their respective dorms. There was almost never a time where you would find one without the other. Since JMU, Ryan has graduated PT school at Thomas Jefferson and now finds himself working at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. While that limits the amount of times Joe and Ryan get together, whenever they do it’s always full of laughs and memories they’ll never forget.
Amber Hontz

Amber and Casey met very early on at James Madison University. In fact, Amber was with Casey on the night she met Joe. JMU would not have been the same for Casey without Amber. She always made them laugh, created adventures and amazing memories. Casey and Amber went on many spring break trips, never missed a date function and always sang out loud to their favorite Justin Bieber and Eminem tracks. These two are not complete without Carly, who are happiest when the trio is together.
Mike Manente

Mo is another one of Joe’s best friends from JMU. They met during the same time frame that Joe met Ryan in the Fall of 2014, however, Mo happens to be a year older than Joe. To put it lightly, JMU would not have been the same for Joe without Mo. When trying to find the words to describe him, unique immediately pops to mind. He is hilarious and always, without a doubt, the life of the party. Mo is a one-of-a-kind friend that no matter what, you can always count on him. If you want to hear some stories from their time at JMU, he is the right person to ask. At the wedding, if you stick around long enough, you might find Mo shedding a few layers, or even rolling around in the mud as he was known to do from time to time back in the good ole’ days.
Carly Sotir

Carly and Casey also met very early on in freshman year of college and eventually became roommates along with Amber. Carly and Casey enjoyed many wine nights at home, weekly trips to the Friendly Fermenter and especially visits to Billy Jacks. Carly and Casey created so many happy memories during their time at JMU. Carly, Amber, and Casey get together at least one weekend every year to continue the friendship that means so much to them. Casey is honored to have the two of them stand next to her on her wedding day!
Kyle Schroeder

Joe met Kyle, or as most people call him “Pooks”, at JMU, and it wasn't long before Joe, Ryan, Mo and Pooks were together almost every single day at Mo and Pooks’s apartment. As mentioned before, Mo and Pooks will tell you that they watched Joe and Ryan grow up together “under their wing.” Hindsight, all four of them were growing up together, and they formed a friendship that is truly something else. Pooks is one of the best, most genuine, caring guys that Joe has ever met. There is not another guy like him. However, Pooks does have one flaw: he’s a Jets fan. He devotes his entire fall to MetLife stadium, rarely missing a game despite the Jets being the Jets. Sometimes, his loyalty can get the best of him, but his loyalty is what Joe admires most about him.
Ashleigh DeLuca

Casey and Ashleigh first met after Joe and Casey had been dating for a few weeks. After getting to know each other, the two became friends and sisters. Even though Joe was the annoying younger brother for many years the two have become close in adulthood. A lot of life has happened between now and then, including Ashleigh bringing their niece and flower girl, Marleigh, into the world. Casey is happy to have another sister to experience life with.
Alex Coburn

Alex is Casey's older brother by two years. Alex and Joe quickly bonded over their mutual obsession for all things sports. Joe likes to think his love for hunting rubbed off on Alex as he finally took up the sport which gave the two of them another similar interest. Alex and Joe enjoy watching Penn State games and taking traditional shots of ginger brandy. Casey and Joe agree that his kindness and sense of humor is what makes Alex so special. Joe is happy to have Alex as a brother in law!
Lauren DeLuca

Casey is often credited for setting up Joe's brother Jason on a date with Lauren years ago. Thankfully, Jason and Lauren fell in love and Casey was blessed with yet another sister in life. Casey and Lauren built an amazing friendship in the years since and have bonded over their type A personalities, the "joys" of loving DeLuca men, and so much more. Lauren and Casey will be sis DeLucas for life!
Jeremy Taylor

Joe and Jeremy are cousins and have been close from the very start. Growing up next door to one another, Joe and Jeremy were always together. As kids, there was a lot of wiffle ball, football, and video games. As they’ve gotten older, their friendship has only grown stronger. The two also share a bond over the Chiefs. Over the years, Joe always tried to convert Jeremy to a Chiefs fan, little by little every year. He finally succeeded, and now they watch just about every single game together. Jeremy is an awesome cousin, but he’s an even better friend.
Morgan Sutton

Casey and Morgan met what feels like a lifetime ago when Casey's brother Alex brought his new girlfriend home for the first time. Since then she has always been a part of their family. Morgan or as Casey likes to call her, Morgie, has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly and continues to love and support Casey in all that she does. Morgan and Casey like to share mystery novels at the beach and judge the quality of various Chinese food restaurants. Casey is so glad her brother found someone who makes him so happy.
Gabe Crawford

Joe and Gabe met sometime in the early days of 6th grade when they started middle school and immediately became friends. Growing up, Joe and Gabe spent a lot of time together at the DeLuca’s family cabin. It’s their favorite place in the world, and they still do all the same things at the cabin today that they did when they were kids. Chances are, if it’s hunting or fishing season, you will find Joe and Gabe together at the cabin doing what they love to do the most. Gabe is a lifelong friend, and Joe is honored to have him by his side for the big day.
Emma Way

Emma and Casey became friends in the 6th grade and stayed friends through all the ups and downs of middle and high school. Casey and Emma loved spending winters at Ski Roundtop and summers anywhere warm. Even though college in Michigan and Virginia put a lot of miles between them, Casey will always cherish their childhood memories. Casey is honored to have her longest friend stand by her on this day.
Jesse Lovejoy

Joe will always think of Jesse as his go to guy as the two of them were best friends since high school. Back in the day Jesse and Joe loved to snowboard and play baseball. More recently they like taking trips to the cabin and getting together with Casey and Jesse's girlfriend Icely. "Big Jess" always has Joe laughing anytime they are together. Jesse and Joe basically grew up together and watched each other grow into who they are today.
Jocelyn Brown

Jo and Casey met when the two started pharmacy school at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia in August of 2019. They became friends instantly and could never have survived pharmacy school without the other. Jo was married in August of 2021 and although Casey couldn't make the trip to California, she enjoyed supporting Jo every step of the way. They will both graduate with doctoral degrees in pharmacy in May of 2023 and look forward to supporting each other in their careers and in life after graduation!
Jared Rahn

Whenever Joe thinks of Jared he is immediately reminded of their over 15 years of playing baseball together. Their bond on the field has translated to a lasting friendship today. Often times these two come as a package of three as Jesse completes the trio. It's hard for Joe to believe that both of them will be getting married this year. Joe could not be happier for his childhood friend to have found his lovely wife, Kait, who seems to keep him on his best behavior.
Marleigh Rice

Marleigh McKenna is the most vibrant little girl who will be sure to steal the show. Marleigh loves to sing songs with her Aunt Casey and be picked up by her Uncle Joe who can make her so tall she can touch the ceiling. She likes to talk, give Eskimo kisses and the sweetest hugs.
