San Francisco Airport (SFO)

Northern California has lots of airport options. SFO is the largest and will provide a wide variety of flights. This will be the cheapest option for some and most likely have the most direct flights. This location is roughly 25 minutes away without traffic.

San Jose Airport (SJC)

Northern California has lots of airport options. SJC is my favorite due to the ease of navigating through the airport to the exit and the rental cars are on site. This location is roughly 1 hour by car without traffic.

Oakland Airport (OAK)

Northern California has lots of airport options. OAK is one of the smaller airports, but offers direct flights from some remote locations and can yield cheaper flights than SJC and SFO. This location is roughly less than 35 minutes away without traffic.

The venue has set aside a block for us and our guests. There is limited space, so it will be a first come first served basis. The nightly rate is $215/night plus taxes for a deluxe Queen suite. Complimentary breakfast included in booking. Parking is limited, but available. Please request parking during your booking. The Cartwright is a 5 minute drive from the venue. There is limited space, so it will be a first come first served basis. The nightly rate is $119/night plus taxes for a standard queen size room. Hilton San Francisco Financial District

This hotel is a 5 minute drive from the University Club. We do not have a room block, so we encourage you to book early if you would like to stay at the Hilton.
