On the night of Friday November 6, 2015 Chase went to Cookie’s, a local karaoke bar, after a night out at an art event. Ariel went to Cookie’s with a couple of friends to let off some steam. She chose to sing Don't Stop Me Now by Queen and Chase was instantly smitten...after she sang he walked up to her to compliment her on her performance. Then he walked away leaving Ariel curious about the mustachioed man who just spoke to her. After a back and forth dance Chase finally mustered up the courage to ask Ariel to grab a late night breakfast at Beverly’s, a local diner. After sharing a late night meal Chase drove Ariel home to Bricktown (25 minutes out of the way to his house) and dropped her off at home. He gave her his number, hugged her goodnight, and hoped she would call. The next morning she reached out to thank him for the ride while he asked her on their first official date, and the rest is history!
Chase and Ariel planned to go to Disney for the day. He spent all day trying to plan the perfect moment and after roaming around Epcot for a few hours he knew he needed to act fast. After dinner in Morroco they began leaving the park, but Chase stopped Ariel and asked if they could take photos in front of the France Pavillion. After asking an unsuspecting stranger to take their photo in front of the Eiffel Tower Chase got down on one knee and popped the question...
