This is an extremely small wedding and all invited guests are addressed directly on the invitations. However, if you would like an invite for a significant other that may be new since invitations were sent out, please reach out to the couple directly and we would be happy to include them!
Yes, please treat this wedding as any other you would attend! Vacation attire is not appropriate for the wedding day events. We recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire! The majority of our day will be inside in the air conditioning, though the dessert party will be outside. The welcome party on Saturday evening does not have a specific dress code as we know some may be coming from the parks! Of note, this event is also outside.
Aside from our flower girl and ring bearer, the wedding day itself will be child/baby free as we have a full 10+ hours of adult Disney fun planned! However, please reach out to Hayley or Justin to discuss if there are breastfeeding/pumping needs throughout the day.
Yes! We highly recommend staying on property at Walt Disney World for our wedding. See the travel tab for a link to our room block for discounted rates, or call the number listed with our unique discount code! If you book a Disney hotel outside of our block, please send Hayley your confirmation number to still be included for planning purposes.
The welcome party, ceremony, and reception will all be held at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort which has free parking available to wedding guests (mention Grzych/Carter wedding to the gate attendant so they let you in- they are strict!). Additionally, Uber and Lyft is an easy and cheap way to get between Disney hotels. Unfortunately, there are no Disney buses that go between hotels, only from hotel to parks. **We will be providing charter bus transportation from the reception location to and from Epcot for the dessert party. The bus will additionally stop at All Star Movies at the end of the night. So for our All Star Movie guests, we recommend an Uber to the wedding in the morning for an easy drop off to your resort at the end :)
It is unpredictable! Orlando is known for an unpredictable rain shower as well has very hot days and chilly nights in the month of November. That being said, it could also end up being very very hot or very cold. We highly recommend keeping an eye on the the weather as the date approaches to pack accordingly!
Yes- We are excited to have an open bar at our reception but know that Disney is very strict when it comes to serving alcohol. ALL guests who wish to drink alcohol must present photo ID to the bartender, no matter the age. PLEASE do not forget to bring your ID, there will be no exceptions. Of note, while we will not be serving alcohol at the welcome party the Grand Floridian has a bar that the bride and groom plan to stop by right after if you want to join :)
