Brown's Creek State Trail
Beautiful hiking and biking. A review from trip advisor said, "Great bike trail that begins in downtown historic Stillwater and travels 5.6 miles to Duluth Junction. From here you can connect to the Gateway Trail out to Pine Point Regional Park which makes for a 20 mile out and back ride. The ride back to Stillwater is much easier as it is mostly downhill or flat." Parking will be available at the following trail accesses: Laurel Street East in downtown Stillwater, at the eastern end of the trail. In Brown's Creek Nature Preserve, just south of the intersection of McKusick Road and Neal Avenue, halfway along the trail. In Grant, near Lake Masterman on State Highway 96, under the Gateway State Trail bridge.
