The Mineshaft is a great place to grab something to eat and play some arcade games. Since both the groom and bride have a competitive personality, this is of course one of their favorite places to spend time!

Paine Center & Gardens

The Paine is a preserved historic estate including a mansion, public art galleries, and botanic gardens. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Alex has done heating and cooling work in this building.

The museum is housed in the Edgar and Mary Jewell Sawyer House, which is part of the Algoma Boulevard Historic District. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The exhibits change, so check the website for what is showcased while you're in town!
