Please find below the shuttle departure times for transportation to Hartwood Acres Mansion for the wedding. Shuttle will depart the AC Hotel at 2:50PM and 3:05PM Shuttle will depart the Homewood Suites Hotel at 3:00PM and 3:15PM. If the 2:50–3:00 PM bus reaches capacity, immediate family will be given priority for seating.

Flight
Our hotel block location is a 20-30 minute car drive from the Pittsburgh International Airport. Be aware of traveling during rush hour because of the Fort Pitt Tunnel traffic. There are car rental and ride share options available at the airport for easy transportation into the city.

Check in is 3PM | Check out is 12PM | Pay parking across street Unfortunately the hotel block discounted rate expired on July 30th. You can still make reservations by phone/website, but the it will be the public rate. If doing so, please call the hotel to inform them you are with the Gorman/Acer wedding. Hotels will have bus schedule available at front desks.

You can still make reservations by phone/website, but the it will be the public rate. If doing so, please call the hotel to inform them you are with the Gorman/Acer wedding. This hotel allows pets for an additional fee. Hotels will have bus schedule available at front desks.
Travel Note
Just a heads-up—August 30th, 2025 falls on Labor Day weekend! While Pittsburgh isn’t typically a major holiday destination, you might still notice a bit more traffic and activity than usual. It’s a good idea to plan ahead and allow some extra travel time.
