Fun fact: When we first met, Laur thought I was a b**** & I thought she was a total ditz. Jokes on us, bc now we’re stuck in each other’s lives forever! Laur is my stand-in BF/husband whenever Jason is away. She is our third roommate (w/ her own toothbrush & room). She is the person who I can hang out w/ all day in complete silence, & still feel comfortable w/ (mostly bc we’re too busy eating). When we go out to eat, she understands that the camera eats first. She’s the guac to my Chipotle bowl, bc she’s always extra (just like me). She may have major RBF, but if you a real one, she’s got yo back for life. Although we may be complete opposites in almost every way, & she eats all the snacks at my house, this biddy is a true ride or die, & I wouldn’t trade our friendship for anything else.

Maryanne and I were in show choir together in middle school, where we bonded in the magical land that is Disney World. But it wasn’t until college that we really reconnected, and decided that we were meant to be besties. She is someone who I can go months without seeing, but every time we do meet, we pick up right where we left off, and no matter how much time has passed, our friendship is always constant. She may be the one non-Korean person that loves Korean food more than I do! Not sure how this nickname even started, but she’ll always be my Breastie! I love her as much as I love pineapples, and she loves avocados.

You know how people say it’s impossible for a person to ever be THAT sweet? Well, there’s a reason why her nickname is “Coll Doll”. Coll is the one friend that I cannot find a SINGLE bad bone in. Never have I encountered someone who always finds the best in every single person, even when the world doesn’t. I love her for having a child-like love, but also being a fiercely loyal friend. She is constantly the one that never runs out of love to give, yet never expects anything in return. But don’t let her kindness fool you, as she is one sassy biddy, & her sarcastic remarks can make a grown ass man cry on the inside. Sue "Bacca" Park

Queen “eye-roller”- Sue and I truly bonded over our Euro cruise trip (even though at one point she disappeared, & I got lost & almost died of a panic attack in the middle of Florence, Italy, but that’s a story for another time) where we went to visit multiple cities. Yet, while we were in foreign land, we still found joy in staying in our room, while listening to the “Serial” podcast together. She is someone I have respect for, and whose opinions I truly value. Sue is a wonderful woman of God, but can also drink a whole bottle of wine by herself, and lets out her inner ratchet hoe. Get you a woman like her who can do both. When it comes down to protecting her loved ones, she’ll eat you alive. I’m just glad to be on her good side, and wouldn’t have it any other way.
