Our romantic, love story begins with… us playing a game that ended up with a carrot up my right nostril. Okay, so it might not be your typical “it was love at first sight” type of story, but I’m pretty sure that carrot popping out of my nostril on its own is what did it for Jason, bc really… how else do you attract guys? We connected right away as friends. Literally by the second day of knowing each other, people thought we had been friends for years. We started off first with a friendship of instant connection and respect for one another, and a splash (or maybe gallon...) of flirtation. Every. Single. Person who would see us together said they knew immediately that we would end up together, even before we even saw it. At least SEVEN of our friends will tell you that they just KNEW we would end up getting married from the start… but my stubbornness wanted to prove everyone wrong with a lot of resistance on my end. Jason on the other hand was very determined. Poor guy had to wait months before I decided to admit my feelings, and wanted to be more than just friends. But it all changed during a trip to Boston that made us both realize that we wanted to be each other's lobsters for life (I think eating drool-inducing lobster rolls and tails might’ve helped with that though). & the rest is history! This journey we’ve been going through together has been nothing short of constantly learning and loving each other every step along the way, and we cannot wait to share our wedding day with the people that have helped support and cheered right along side us. So get ready to partayyyyyy~ bc there is much to be celebrated! See you all on Friday, 10/18! :)
