Hamilton Pool Preserve

We went here on our first trip to hill country together and had loads of fun. Bring your swimsuits and enjoy the cool waters of this natural spring. Note during the spring you will also need reservations as this is one of the biggest park attractions in the area.

Fredericksburg

If you'd like to explore Texas wine country Fredericksburg is the place to be. With hundreds of local wineries we have found some of our favorite Texas vineyards and breweries around here.

East 6th Street

If you are looking for some night life 6th street is the place to be. With bustling NOLA feel Austin lives up to it's tagline of "Keep Austin Weird". There are, also, lots of great food trucks and bars in this area that we'd highly recommend.

Enchanted Rock

We went here our first time together in hill country! This is a fun day activity if you don't have a ton of time. We would recommend getting reservations ahead of time to make sure you can get into the park as spring is peak visitation time.

Voodoo Doughnut - 6th Street

One of the most unique and fun doughnut shops in Texas. This is bound to get your taste buds happy!

Pedernales Falls State Park
