What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. Men are encouraged to either wear tuxes or suits. Women are asked to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, mid-length dresses, or jumpsuits. Groomsmen will be in tuxes!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, guests need to be seated by 4:15PM. Pull a Momma Hanse and get there at 4:00 PM there ain't no shame in getting a spot early!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

There is a hotel shuttle that holds 13 and will be making trips from the hotel to the reception/ceremony.

Will there be any transportation from the reception to the after party?

Yes a party bus will be provided after the reception gets out!

Shuttle phone number - direct line to the front desk- 214-626-2000 The hotel shuttle holds 13 passengers The shuttle will only travel to and from the hotel and wedding venue The first shuttle will leave hotel Saturday (3/28) at 3: 15PM for ceremony (11 minute drive) and will make one additional trip from hotel to venue before ceremony start time at 4:30PM The shuttles last pickup will be 11:30PM
