Ceremony and Reception

The hotel is 10 minutes from the wedding venue. There is a hotel shuttle that will be making trips to and from the venue but has very limited seats (13 passengers) and is not dedicated to our wedding party, keep in mind 25-30 min roundtrip between trips. The venue DOES allow overnight parking if you wish to leave your vehicle there and catch a ride from the venue or afterparty back to the hotel. For those of you who don't like any of those options Uber, Lyft & Fetii are available but keep in mind drivers will be limited and response times may be delayed due to our event located outside of the city. Dress Code: Black Tie Optional. Men are encouraged to either wear tuxes or suits. Women are asked to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, mid-length dresses, or jumpsuits.
After Party

The After party at Bartonville store is 10 minutes from Hidden Pines Wedding Venue and 13 minutes from the hotel. A Party Bus (38 passengers) will be provided at first come first serve basis to transport guests to the reception to the after party! The Bus will be making trips to the hotel from the After Party every 30 minutes. The After Party will have late night snacks and will be a cash bar!
