This beautiful place is the Morven Museum and Gardens, home to one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, Richard Stockton, and to five New Jersey governors. Morven has played a rule in New Jersey's history and the nation for more than 250 years.
The Princeton Battlefield is where the American and British troops fought each other on January 3rd, 1777, in the Battle of Princeton during the American Revolutionary War. The winter fields and woods of the battlefield were transformed into the site of what is considered to be the fiercest fight of its size during the American Revolution.
