Below is the schedule for Friday and Saturday. The resort has a car/cart pickup and drop-off service so transportation to and from each event has already been scheduled (the exception: returning from your morning activity on Saturday back to your room - the activities can end at different times).

Rehearsal Dinner

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Semi-Casual Attire

Rehearsal will start at 6:30PM and Dinner will be at 7:00PM. We will be served Mocktails and have a Pasta based meal for everyone. Location: Hobbit Hole

Saturday, August 29, 2026

Breakfast

8:45 am - 9:15 am

Casual Attire

Arrival time is 8:45 - 9:00AM. We will be enjoying a Continental Breakfast Buffet: Assorted Fresh Pastries Fruit Platter Yogurt Parfaits with Berry Compote Housemade Granola Location: Main Clubhouse, the War Room

Morning Activity

9:15 am - 12:00 pm

Casual Attire

Please check out the Activities section of the website to select which one you would like to do during this morning time period. You'll be transported from breakfast to your activity or you can go back to your room and then be taken.

Hair & Makeup for the Women

10:30 am - 3:45 pm

10:30 AM - Rosalie and Christine start time 12:00 PM - Mona and Lisa start time 1:30 PM - Nermin and Amy start time 3:00PM - Touchups 3:45PM - Head to Ceremony location Both hair and makeup take about 45 minutes each so there is time to sit and relax with the rest of the party as they get their's done. Remember no wet hair or makeup prior to arrival. Location: Hilltop Lodge in the Bride's suite

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Semi-Formal: Suits and evening/formal dresses

Aim to arrive around 4:00PM Location: Clubhouse Lawn (consider your choice of shoe we'll be on grass)

Photos & Reception

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Photos will take place after the Ceremony. Once guests are done with the group images they will be able to enjoy the Mocktail Reception, Passed Hors D'oeuvres, & Flatbread Display while listening to some live music. Passed Hors D'oeuvres Include: Shrimp cocktail Vegetable Spring Roll (Spicy Orange Marmalade) Mini Beef Wellington (Bearnaise Sauce)

Dinner & Celebration

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

There will be a 3-Course Dinner and then time to dance. This is a family-style dinner so you will pick and choose your courses at the event: Starters Oysters rockefeller Caesar Salad Seared Crab Cakes (Creole Remoulade) Entrees Grilled Salmon - Bearnaise Sauce, Olive Tapenade Sliced Beef Tenderloin - Mushroom Bordelaise Herb Roasted Chicken - Lemon Beurre Blanc Sides Grilled asparagus Mac and cheese Desserts Berries & Crème Anglaise Triple Chocolate Mousse
