Rehearsal Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Semi-Casual Attire
Rehearsal will start at 6:30PM and Dinner will be at 7:00PM. We will be having our dinner at the Hobbit Hole at the Preserve where we will be served Mocktails and have a Pasta based meal for everyone.

We will be enjoying a Continental Breakfast Buffet Location: Main Clubhouse, the War Room
Morning Activity
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Casual Attire
Please check out the Activities section of the website to select which one you would like to do during this morning time period. You'll be transported from breakfast to your activity or you can go back to your room and then be taken.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes/suits and evening/formal dresses
Location: Clubhouse Lawn (please consider your choice of shoe)
Photos & Reception
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
Photos will take place after the Ceremony. Once guests are done with the group images they will be able to enjoy the Mocktail Reception, Passed Hors D'oeuvres, & Flatbread Display while listening to some live music. Passed Hors D'oeuvres Include: Shrimp cocktail Vegetable Spring Roll (Spicy Orange Marmalade) Mini Beef Wellington (Bearnaise Sauce)
Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
There will be a 3-Course Dinner and then time to dance. This is a family-style dinner so you will pick and choose your courses at the event: Starters Oysters rockefeller Caesar Salad Seared Crab Cakes (Creole Remoulade) Entrees Grilled Salmon - Bearnaise Sauce, Olive Tapenade Sliced Beef Tenderloin - Mushroom Bordelaise Herb Roasted Chicken - Lemon Beurre Blanc Sides Grilled asparagus Mac and cheese Desserts Berries & Crème Anglaise Triple Chocolate Mousse
