5:00 pm - 5:20 pm

Costume,or formal attire

Please do not arrive any earlier than 4:45 pm due to strict rules of the venue, theres limited parking so carpooling is highly encouraged

5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

After the ceremony our amazing photographer will be taking photos of the couple and the family

6:15 pm - 8:50 pm

We will move to the reception area

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Dinner will be a Buffett style BBQ

8:50 pm - 9:00 pm

Final goodbyes and leaving the venue no later than 9pm
