What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 PM. To account for traffic, and to ensure you arrive on time, please plan to arrive at least thirty minutes prior. The earlier, the better!

Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be an outdoor ceremony at Burk Farm. The address is 377 Burk Farm Rd, Rome, GA 30165.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held at Burk Farm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors, but there will also be paved outdoor spaces.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour, which will then transition immediately into the reception. Dinner, cake, dancing...all of that fun stuff!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. Think dressy but comfortable — suits or sport coats, dress pants, and dresses or jumpsuits are all great choices. There are no specific color requests, but please refrain from wearing white.

Should I bring a jacket or comfortable shoes?

Answer

October in Georgia can be unpredictable. Once the sun goes down, it might be cool. Bringing a jacket wouldn't hurt, neither would bringing a pair of comfortable shoes!

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We have included all children on the guest list and would love for them to join us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! Every guest has been allotted a plus one. If it was not mentioned on your invitation, please let us know who will be joining you and we can add them to the guest list.

Can I bring a date if they’re not listed on my invitation?

Answer

Absolutely! Please just let us know, so that we can account for them in the seating chart.

Will dinner be served? What kind? Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be appetizers and beverages during cocktail hour, and dinner will also be served. We are catering a fajita bar from Moe's Southwest. The following is included: -Soft Flour Tortillas -Hard Shell Corn Tortillas -White Meat Chicken -Steak -Rice -Black Beans -Grilled Peppers and Onions -Shredded Cheese -Lettuce -Sour Cream -Pico De Gallo -Red Salsa -Green Salsa -Queso -Tortilla Chips Nutrition information for Moe's Southwest can be found on their website. They have the following disclaimer: "Our products contain milk, eggs, fish, wheat and soybeans. Despite using best practices, we cannot guarantee products will be free from allergens through cross-contamination."

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. We will have beer, wine, seltzer, and "his and hers" cocktails available.

Absolutely! Please refrain from sharing them until we have shared them ourselves.
