When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 15 so we can provide our vendors with a final guest count. This will help us ensure there is a seat and meal reserved for you at the reception. While we will do our best to accommodate late responses, we cannot guarantee a spot for those who RSVP after the deadline. Thank you for your prompt response!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We're so excited for you to be at our ceremony! We ask that you arrive at the ceremony between 12:30PM and 12:45PM to ensure everyone gets to their seats and we can get started with our celebration. Thanks bestie!

What's the dress code?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail / semi-formal. Please avoid wearing jeans or shorts or wearing anything white.

Can I bring a date?

We're so excited to celebrate with you! To ensure the event runs smoothly and stays within our venue capacity and budget, we’re kindly asking guests to stick to the RSVP list / who your envelope is addressed to. If you have any questions about your RSVP or need clarification, feel free to reach out!

Are my children invited?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to venue and budget constraints, we are not able to allow children at the ceremony or reception aside from those in the wedding party. We hope this allows parents to have an enjoyable date night away from the kiddos!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course! Please let us know if dietary restrictions keep you from enjoying the delicious food that'll be at the event. We're looking forward to a happy and safe time with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking available for both! Trinity Community Church has a large parking lot in the front of the church as well as behind the buildings. Priority for closer spots may be given to those with disabilities so we can stay safe. Thank you!

Can I take pictures / record at the wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask everyone to keep their phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so our wonderful photographer can capture the best moments without distraction. However, we’ll kick things off with a special one-minute window at the start of the ceremony for you to snap a few pictures before fully immersing yourselves in the experience with us. Thank you for helping us keep this moment truly special! At the reception, you're more than welcome to take pictures and videos for our special moments. We'll also have QR codes available around the reception venue for you to scan and upload your best pictures!

Are there specific colors I should wear?

We're thrilled to have you celebrate with glee, As we become a Mr. and Mrs., you see! If you're wondering what hues might make our hearts sing, Think of burgundy, like a lovely fall thing. Or perhaps sunflower yellow, so bright and so bold, A happy warm color, a story untold! And then there's burnt orange, a cozy embrace, Like autumn leaves dancing with elegant grace. But please, dear guest, let us make it quite clear, No need to buy outfits, banish all fear!
