Is there transportation to and from the Best Western Inn Baraboo (preferred hotel) to the Old Schoolhouse (venue)?

Answer

Yes! We have secured transportation through Kobussen School Buses. We will have multiple trips, so feel free to use the following to plan: TO VENUE FROM BEST WESTERN INN (BARABOO) 1. 4:15 pm Departure from Best Western Inn Baraboo, WI to Old Schoolhouse. Arrival around 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. 2. 5:55 pm Departure from Best Western Inn Baraboo, WI to Old Schoolhouse. Arrival around 6:15 pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:30 pm. TO BEST WESTERN INN FROM VENUE (OLD SCHOOLHOUSE) 1. 9:30 pm Departure from Old Schoolhouse (Merrimac Venue) to Best Western Inn Baraboo. Arrival around 9:45 pm. 2. 11:45 pm Departure from Old Schoolhouse (Merrimac Venue) to Best Western Inn Baraboo. Arrival around 12:00 am.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If attending the ceremony, please arrive and find a seat in the chapel around 445pm. We will try to begin the ceremony as close to 5pm as possible.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

If you're just attending our wonderful reception, with live music mind you, we plan to serve dinner and begin the reception at 630pm. Please plan to arrive around 615pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue, with lots above and below the building. If necessary, street parking is also permitted. The Handicap entrance is in the upper-level parking lot.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Regrettably, no. Our chapel seating does not accommodate children. If you choose to bring your children to the reception, we will do our best to make accommodations.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Thank you for considering getting us a gift! Second, we have a number of options. First, if you're not interested in a traditional wedding gift, we would love any and all donations to a honeymoon fund. We plan to vacation in Hawaii in the summer of 2020! If that suits you, please just include a donation of any amount. If in the form of a check, please just make out to Hannah Ethun or Pete Keys with "Honeymoon Fund" in the memo line. We would also love any suggestions for the Hawaiian Islands! Second, we are registered here on Zola. Simply click on "Registry" and search for an item you may be interested in.
