The Asheville Airport is located about 30 minutes from downtown via car. We are advising those traveling to plan ahead, and prearrange their rides from the airport. Travel Note
We have compiled a list of more budget friendly Airbnbs in areas of Asheville that are either convenient to downtown or the wedding venue. We did not include them on this list, but, if you are willing to stay a little bit further away from downtown (approximately 15-25 minutes), there are hundreds more options for a unique, mountain getaway. If you decide to stay further out, we ask that you plan to have at least one designated driver in your party to ensure that you make it home safely, or otherwise arrange transportation.

One of the more reasonably priced hotels for the weekend of our wedding. It is located downtown, but not necessarily in the city center. If you're comfortable walking up to a mile, you should be able to get anywhere you would need to go in downtown Asheville if you stay here. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the venue. It would be an easy Uber or Lyft ride from here to Highland!

This hotel is located more centrally and is the Frankel hotel of choice (where Natalie's family stays when visiting). The Rennaisance is slightly more expensive than the Sheraton or Hilton Garden Inn, but not unreasonable compared to other hotels in downtown Asheville. This hotel is about a 9 minute drive to the venue. It would be an easy Uber or Lyft ride from here to Highland!

If budget isn't of concern for you, this hotel is gorgeous and in the middle of downtown Asheville. They have an awesome rooftop bar that we have visited and LOVE.
