The dress code for Friday night is "smart casual." We chose "smart casual" so our guests can look nice but also be comfortable. Some examples include: Gentlemen- collared shirts, including golf shirts or button-down shirts, jacket with no tie, chinos/khaki pants. No shorts or jeans please. Ladies- skirts, sundresses or casual dresses. Nice pants and blouses. No shorts or jeans please. The dress code for the wedding on Saturday is "semi-formal" attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and the gentlemen should wear a suit or blazer, dress pants and tie.
Yes, we are providing a shuttle bus service for our guests who are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn/Mt. Pleasant and the Embassy Suites/Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant only. Please let us know if you need transportation when submitting your RSVP. 4:15 pm -Pick-up at the Hilton Garden Inn 4:30 pm-- Pick up at the Embassy Suites 5:15 pm- Arrive at Dunes West Golf and River Club for the 5:30 pm wedding. 9:45 pm- Early shuttle return to hotels (optional). Let us know on your RSVP is you are considering leaving early. 11:00 pm- Pick up at Dunes West at the end of the reception to return to both the Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation includes a "guest," you are welcome to bring your date.
The Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party are both located at the Cooper River Room at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. It is also the location of the Kruger Smith Building/Mt. Pleasant Visitor's Center. There is parking both on the side and across the street, however we encourage carpooling with other guests/friends due to limited space. It is also a 7 minute walk from the Embassy Suites/Charleston Harbor and a 10 minute walk from Hilton Garden Inn/Mt. Pleasant.
