We "met" online and after exchanging a week's worth of messages, Kevin asked Hannah on a date. Hannah's first impression of Kevin was that he was so nice and very talkative. Kevin's first impression of Hannah was that she was very hungry!! And cute :) We knew right away we had so much in common, and our interest in each other grew each time we were together. By the time Thanksgiving and Christmas rolled around, we knew we were looking at something serious with each other. Our conversations about a future together become more serious and more frequent. In everything we continued to learn about each other, we could see how God was leading us to be together forever. We feel so blessed to have found each other!

We know we are not the first to get married, nor will we be the last, but we believe in approaching our wedding day with intention. We believe in more people, more cookies, more laughter, more fun, and we hope all of those things reflect God's generosity. We believe that planning for a wedding means planning for more than just one day. We value attention to detail, and details are nice, but honoring God is our desire. We believe in making decisions for our wedding that will foster beauty because beautiful things have value in that they make the world a more lovely place and they cause us to worship the Creator. We believe in putting forth a big effort to celebrate God's work in our lives, in our relationship, and in the lives of all who gather with us. We believe our story is the work of our Lord and Savior. We desire for His grace that brought us together to be evident in our wedding. We believe in honoring our Christian heritage by planning a deeply meaningful beginning to married life. We believe that marriage is a reflection of Christ's love for the church and we pray for a glimpse and reflection of that in our celebration. We believe God has blessed us with each other and we look forward to celebrating the wonderful gift of marriage on our wedding day.
