What do I wear?
Answer
Big Picture: We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the weekend without worrying about the least important thing—what to wear. There's no dress code, just choose something you feel good in. We’re excited to celebrate with you! That said, we’ll still offer some helpful suggestions (not rules!) to give you a sense of what to expect for each event. Wedding: We're going semi-formal. Suits of any color, dresses of any length, jumpsuits, rompers, or a nice top with pants are all great. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (on a shady lawn), and the reception will be indoors. Everything Else: We're keeping it casual and relaxed. Think jeans, t-shirts, shorts, sundresses, short-sleeved button-downs, or whatever you’d wear to a summer hangout.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. We'll also have yellow school buses as a shuttle between Boise and the venue. They run on a set schedule rather than a continuous loop, so please plan around these specific times. To the venue, there are two pickups: 3:45 pm at Courtyard by Marriott Boise Downtown (222 S Broadway Ave) and 4:00 pm at The Grove Hotel (245 S Capitol Blvd). These are the only rides out, so please arrive a bit early. Coming home, there are two departures: an early bus at 9:00 pm straight back to the hotels, and a final bus at 11:00 pm that drops afterparty guests at the Reef, then continues to the Marriott and the Grove. There's nothing running in between, so if you'd like to leave at a different time, a rideshare is your best bet.

Absolutely! If you'd like to bring someone who wasn't listed on your invitation, just make sure to include them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love the kids in our lives! To help ensure our celebration can be enjoyed by all, we've planned our wedding as an adult-focused event. Children age 7 and older are warmly welcome to join us for the festivities. For families with little ones under 7, we know that sometimes travel and childcare logistics can be tricky. If you need to bring younger children, especially if you're coming from out of town, they're welcome too—just know the celebration will be geared toward our older guests. Please feel free to pack quiet activities or snacks to help them through the "boring" parts like the ceremony and speeches. For guests who would like assistance finding trusted childcare in the Boise area, we're happy to share recommendations.
