We're hosting a welcome party at our place the night before the wedding. We'll have an array of drinks and plenty of food ranging from hearty apps to lighter bites. This will be open house style, so drop by whenever works for you, grab a drink, and let's catch up.

Run with the Bride
8:30 am - 10:00 am
The Greenbelt is one of Hannah's favorite parts of Boise, so come run it with her before the wedding. We'll meet at Julia Davis Park, in the 700 S Capitol Blvd parking lot right across from Whole Foods. From there we'll do an easy-paced 3.75-mile loop (counter-clockwise) along the river.
Yoga & Hike with the Groom
8:30 am - 10:00 am

Keven will lead an easy 1.5 mile hike through Boise's foothills then some extremely informal yoga on the grass (no mats, no experience necessary, possibly no idea what he's doing). It's one of our favorite parts of living here—trails right from the edge of town with views of the whole valley. We’ll meet at the tennis courts of Camel’s Back Park.
Wedding Shuttle
3:30 pm
If you're driving yourself, there's ample parking at the venue. We'll also have yellow school buses as a shuttle between Boise and the venue. They run on a set schedule rather than a continuous loop, so please plan around these specific times. To the venue, there are two pickups: 3:45 pm at Courtyard by Marriott Boise Downtown (222 S Broadway Ave) and 4:00 pm at The Grove Hotel (245 S Capitol Blvd). These are the only rides out, so please arrive a bit early. Coming home, there are two departures: an early bus at 9:00 pm straight back to the hotels, and a final bus at 11:00 pm that drops afterparty guests at the Reef, then continues to the Marriott and the Grove. There's nothing running in between, so if you'd like to leave at a different time, a rideshare is your best bet.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The reason we're all here! The ceremony starts at 5:00 sharp, so please plan to be in your seats by 4:45 (or 4:30 if you run on Pugh time). After that, we'll celebrate with drinks, dinner, and dancing. Head to our FAQs for info on what to wear, how to get there (did we mention we have a bus?), and all the other details.
After Party

We're wrapping up the weekend with a coffee cart and food truck at our house. Stop by on your way out of town, or linger if you've got time. This is a casual chance to grab a bite and squeeze in a little more time together before the weekend ends.
