YES! We will have transportation to and from the venue. Details can be found on the Schedule page of our website. *Please be aware that there are minimal Uber/Lyft services in the region. Scheduling ahead of time for any transportation will ensure that you arrive as planned. We have listed a few additional details under the Travel section of our website.
Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind when choosing shoes that you will be walking on different types of terrain and that weather may change rapidly so a jacket may be necessary. *western wear encouraged (cowboy hats, bolo ties, etc.)*

The shuttle will have you arriving at the base of Arapahoe Basin between 4:10pm and 4:30pm. Guests will start loading onto the chairlift at 4:40pm. Please be aware that there are minimal Uber/Lyft services in the region and If you choose to drive to the venue you cannot leave your vehicle parked overnight.
Yes! It's perfectly safe and there will be lift operators monitoring while you load/unload the chair. The ceremony and reception will be at 11,550 feet!! We highly recommend drinking water to avoid altitude sickness and to be aware of your alcohol in-take.
