Fresh Tracks Shuttle Service to Wedding Venue
4:00 pm
100 Dercum Square, Keystone, CO 80435
The shuttle to A-Basin will begin pick up at 4pm in front of The Buffalo Lodge in River Run at Keystone. Please look for the Fresh Tracks logo on the shuttle van.
Greetings at 6th Alley
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Guests will gather in the 6th Alley Bar & Grill. The chair lift will load guests at 4:40 for the ceremony, please plan to arrive between 4 and 4:30pm.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, jackets & slacks.. Please be aware that weather can change quickly in the mountains so a jacket may be necessary. *western wear encouraged (cowboy hats, bolo ties, etc.)
Guests will take a scenic chairlift ride to the wedding venue. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm and the reception will end around 10pm.
Fresh Tracks Shuttle Service back from Wedding Venue
9:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The first shuttle back to The Buffalo Lodge in River Run at Keystone will arrive at 9:30pm at the bottom of the chairlift.
