We reserved several rooms at the Hampton Inn by Hilton off I-81 in Hagerstown for our guests to enjoy at a discounted rate! Please book your room(s) by March 30th, 2021 to receive the discounted rate. Information in regards to the hotel is located under the “Travel” tab.
Fort Loudon is about 40 minutes from Hagerstown, so staying in Hagerstown would give you only a short drive to the wedding venue.
Please RSVP through the wedding website ASAP and by February 1st, 2021. We want to make sure we have plenty of food, drinks, and seating to accommodate everyone!
To keep the venue in the condition we rented it in, the barn has a few rules we must all abide by to ensure a fun and safe event: *NO glitter or confetti of any kind (on presents, clothing, shoes, accessories, etc.). *NO smoking inside or outside. *Leave every space as you found it - please throw away all trash before leaving the event to help create an easy clean-up.
Our ceremony will be live streamed via Zoom on our wedding website under the event titled "Zoom Ceremony". If you will not be attending the physical ceremony but wish to attend the ceremony via Zoom, please RSVP for this event.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named in your group.
We are not requiring anyone to wear a mask. However, please bring one to wear if you would feel more comfortable having one.
