To receive the discount with the wedding block, please book directly through the reservation link, which can be found when you select "view". The wedding block is valid for the entire wedding weekend, but travelers are welcome to extend their stay if desired. Please reach out to the hotel directly to set this up. Additionally, travelers are not required to book the entire weekend. Travelers may also use their points/rewards if they are Marriott members. The hotel is located 20 minutes away from Pinecrest Wedding & Event Center. For guests who book and stay with the hotel block, transportation will be provided to and from the venue the day of the wedding.

Shuttle

Hotel Block - Shuttle

June 13, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

For guest staying at the hotel block, transportation is provided to and from the hotel and venue. Departure: The shuttle will be leaving the hotel between 3:30-3:45. Please be ready no later than 3:20pm to ensure an on time and smooth departure. Return: There will be two shuttle return options - 9:00pm and 10:00pm. Guests are welcome to utilize either shuttle they prefer. The reception will conclude at 10:00pm.
