What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing casual attire, such as jeans, or white.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Colorado Springs and Denver both offer a variety of air carriers and rental car companies. The Colorado Springs airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel block and about 40 minutes from Pinecrest Wedding and Event Center. Denver International Airport is about 75 minutes from the hotel block and about 70 minutes from Pinecrest Wedding and Event Center. Please reference the "Travel" tab for detailed travel information.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

For out of town guests who have booked with the hotel block, transportation will be provided to/from the venue from the hotel. The venue is about 20 minutes away from the hotel block. For guests who are not staying at the hotel block, there is on-site parking at Pinecrest Wedding & Event Center. Please reference the "Travel" tab for detailed travel information.

How is the weather in the Colorado Springs area in June?

Answer

The weather in Colorado can be quite dynamic during this time of year. Weather can change drastically within the same day, and early June is included in our wet season. Please check the weather to be as prepared as possible. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket as it is can be chilly in the evening once the sun goes down.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, there will be a brief outdoor walk between the two locations. For anyone who may need assistance, transportation will be available to ensure your comfort.

Will the elevation affect me?

Answer

Colorado Springs sits at 6,000 feet and Palmer Lake sits at 7,200 feet. The best way to prepare for the altitude is to hydrate before traveling to the area! Our thin air is also dry, so we recommend sunscreen, lotion, and chapstick!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and are excited to celebrate with you!

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony - please no photographs or videos at that time. This allows us to enjoy the moment and the photographers to capture lasting images of our big day. However, we do encourage as many pictures as possible during the reception!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that RSVPs be completed no later than March 31, 2026. You can find your party's reservation under the "RSVP" tab.
