Are there recommended accommodations?

Yes! We have reserved hotel room blocks for our guests at The Jefferson Hotel, where the reception will take place, and at The Graduate Hotel, located next door. For both hotels, please mention the Crowe + Knotts Wedding when booking to receive the discount rate.

What is the dress code?
Answer

When should guests arrive and be seated for the ceremony?
Answer
Guests may arrive at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church at 2:20 pm and must be seated by 2:50 pm.

Where can I park for the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
For the rehearsal dinner the Boathouse offers complimentary on-site parking at 4804 E Main St. We recommend carpooling with other guests.

Where can I park for the ceremony?
Answer
The St. Stephens parking lot is located at 6002 Grove Ave. Street parking is available on Somerset Ave.

Where should I park during the reception?
Answer
The Jefferson offers valet parking for $38 a night and self parking for $20. The Graduate offers valet parking for $37 a night. There are plenty of lots within walking distance to the Jefferson that offer lower rates. Some options are: 201 W Franklin St, 101 W Grace St, 11 W Grace St.

What airports and transport options are nearby?
Answer
We recommend flying into Richmond International Airport. If you prefer to travel by train, the Staples Mill Road Station is the most convenient option. Additional airports within a two-hour drive include Dulles International Airport and Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., as well as Raleigh-Durham International Airport in Raleigh.
