Cheesman Park
Lots of fun to walk around the park, it's about a 2 mile walk. Little Cheese is across 8th avenue and usually less crowded. It's our favorite park spot! Great place to just sit and hang and chat and maybe have a beer/play park games. If you're into it, Cheesman has a creepy history (it's built on top of a graveyard! :o )
Denver Botanic Gardens
Beautiful and pure day activity. Amazing flowers everywhere, feels like a dream! Also fun place to pack some snacks/drinks to bring in for a magical floral picnic.
Denver Museum of Nature & Science
As fun as it is informational! The planetarium is so awesome, IMax movies available. NASA exhibit is out of this world. The geology exhibit rox!
Meow Wolf Denver | Convergence Station
Don't wanna give anything away, you just have to see it to believe it. Mind blowing immersive, interactive art installation. Good and trippy vibes. Worth the price!
City Park Farmers Market
Hannah worked at this Farmers Market all summer! She worked for Moon Raccoon Baking Co.! Market is from 8am to 1pm on Saturday, 10/7! So many great bites and local faves!
Novo Coffee
Hillary's old coffee shop (and Asher!). Great roasts, sustainable beans, high quality craft coff!
Moe's Broadway Bagel
Best bagel spot in town (you can try to fight us on this). Try our fav combo: bacon, egg and cheese on a cinnamon sugar bagel add plain cream cheese. Cutest staff, and they have the best stickers. Grant St. location in Denver
Cerebral Brewing
Favorite local brewery! Specializes in IPAs and scientific methodology. Great outdoor patio and rotating food trucks. Also has awesome brain-themed swag!
Vesper Lounge
Another local fav. Super strong cocktails on tap (try the Vesper in honor of James bond!). Greek influenced food, but also have an amazing burger. The trio dips are amazing (we always get the baba ghanoush, olive, and tzatziki). Cute outdoor patio which usually has live music! Lots of other cute places right around it too
Dive Inn
FAVORITE BAR OF ALL TIME. Mermaid/fishing/taco/boat themed dive bar. They have a white claw-claw machine and a boat in the middle of the bar! Taco Tuesday and Thursday, $8 deal for 3 tacos and a beer, and usually free pool. Ask the bartender if they have the poop toilet game if you're feeling frisky, and thank us later.
Postino Broadway
Best wine and cheese place. Amazing apps, great deals ($6 drinks til 5pm). Try a board and choose four different spreads- you literally can't go wrong!
Charlie's Denver
Best place to dance your little ass off! Cowboy themed gay bar, perfect for gettin your groove on, and frequently hosts drag shows! Get a gyro when you leave at Gyroz next door for a little bite! Sam Smith went to Charlie's (and subsequently, Gyroz) when they came to town! Gay hot spot! Can be sweaty, dress in light layers
