Travel Note
If we are only needing one room, adjust the nights needed and book ASAP! The FIFA World Cup is in the DFW area during the Summer of 2026. With that being said, hotel prices have fluctuated over the past few months. Book as soon as you can to avoid crazy fees!
Travel Note
Our venue is about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. We recommend allowing plenty of time for travel so you can arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate!
Shuttle
July 10, 2026 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm
There will be a shuttle to help with transportation needs on wedding day! The shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Embassy Suites Convention Center entrance (through the lobby, to the right). 4:30pm and 4:45pm - Transportation pick up at Embassy Suites Convention Center entrance 8:00-10:00pm - Shuttles will be making trips to the hotel and back to the venue as needed 10:30-10:45pm - Shuttles will make a final trip to the hotel following Mr. and Mrs. Chalmers exit!
