When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st so we can provide an accurate guest count to our amazing vendors. If we don’t hear from you by then, we will assume you’re unable to attend. We’ll miss celebrating with you, but we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we finalize our wedding plans!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos so much, but due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate children in our immediate family. We hope you can join us for a date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Summer Formal. For ladies, long or short dresses are welcome! For men, suit and tie! Overall, we want you to feel dressed up but also comfortable for celebrating!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has lots of parking space available. If you plan to drink, we kindly encourage you to schedule an Uber, Lyft, or any kind of ride service to get home safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! To make transportation easy, we will have a shuttle service running from Embassy Suites in Denton to our venue at 4:30 PM. The shuttle service will begin back and forth trips as needed beginning at 8pm, and will take one final trip after our exit at 10:30pm. If you plan to use the shuttle, please indicate “yes” or “no” when RSVP’ing so we can ensure we have accommodations for everyone. We appreciate your help!

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be inside. The ceremony will be inside the chapel, followed by the reception which will be inside the venue next to the chapel. There will be shaded outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the evening, but all wedding festivities will take place inside.
