We are excited to celebrate with you in Italy! For those traveling from the United States, we recommend booking an overnight flight on Thursday, May 21st, flying directly into Rome Fiumicino Airport. Below, you’ll find our suggested flight options to simplify your planning. Guests who book these recommended flights will have access to shuttle transfers to one of the lodging options we have arranged. The shuttle is optional — if you plan to explore the area before or after the wedding, we encourage you to consider renting a car. Additionally, we have secured several room blocks near the wedding venue. You may book these either through our wedding planner or by contacting the venues directly. All of these accommodations will include complimentary transportation to and from the Welcome Party and the Wedding. We look forward to celebrating together in Italy!

Recommended Flights: New York City (JFK or EWR) to Rome (FCO)

We recommend booking a Thursday evening flight from a NYC-area airport (JFK or Newark) with arrival in Rome (FCO) on Friday morning. Shuttles will be available for guests taking the 7:20 PM EST or 10:00 PM EST flights departing from JFK/EWR. Shuttles will take guests from FCO to the hotels blocks in Tuscany. These specific flights have not been scheduled by the airlines; as soon as they are we will publish them here. The shuttle is optional. If you book a flight outside of the recommended times, we encourage you to consider renting a car.
